Researching the next contact

Why Orbitmate

Too much outreach work. Too few sales meetings.

You spend hours finding a reason to reach out, send a message, then chase the next step. A generic sequence saves work but gives buyers little reason to respond. Orbitmate brings prospect research, personalized messages and follow-up into one workflow.

Template sequences

A basic mail-merge workflow

Hi {{first_name}}, I came across your profile and would love to connect!

Example: same text, different names
Reads
A name and a job title
Writes
One template, a name swapped in
Volume
As many as the account allows
Follow-ups
Follow-ups from a fixed template
Specific at scale?
No. Scale, nothing specific

Research by hand

A founder or SDR with tabs open

You said leads go quiet after the first call. Is that the demo or the proposal?

Example: one profile at a time
Reads
Whatever you have time to open
Writes
Specific, because you read their posts
Volume
A handful of profiles a day
Follow-ups
A spreadsheet, if at all
Specific at scale?
No. Specific, but it can’t scale

Orbitmate

Research-led, across every sender

Saw you’re hiring AEs. Who handles outbound while they ramp?

You wrote about your first SDR hire. Settled on who they target?

You said leads go quiet after the first call. Demo or proposal?

From her comment · fit 91
Example: a draft for each prospect
Reads
Profile, recent posts, comments, company
Writes
Drafted from their posts and your knowledge
Volume
Every sender’s daily cap, researched
Follow-ups
Waits, reply branches, one inbox
Specific at scale?
Yes. Specific, at scale
How it works

Build a path from first contact to a sales call.

Choose prospects who fit, reach out with a relevant offer, and follow up. When a buyer shows interest, pick up the reply in your shared inbox and arrange the call.

Find and research

Spend your outreach on prospects who fit.

A job title alone won’t tell you why someone needs your offer. Bring in prospects and use their posts, comments and company news to find a relevant reason to reach out. Audience fit scores help you decide who to contact first.

“You mentioned leads going quiet. Does that usually happen after the first call, or once a proposal goes out?”
Ready for review
Writing

Give each buyer a reason to care.

A personal detail only helps when it connects to your offer. Orbitmate uses the prospect’s posts and comments alongside your product knowledge to draft a relevant message. Your team can check the context and refine the pitch before sending.

Connect their needs to your offer
Their recent posts, comments and profile give each note, message or comment its starting point. If nothing relevant matches your knowledge base, nothing is written.
Keep your voice across campaigns
Save the prompt, tone and length you want as a strategy and reuse it across campaigns. Built-in rules keep out filler like “delve” and “great post”.
Review in one pass
Drafts wait in one queue. Send them on, edit them, or regenerate with a line of guidance, all from the keyboard.

Follow up

Keep a missed follow-up from costing you a meeting.

A first message is only the start. Set the next touch, the wait and what happens after a reply. Use reply branches to stop the sequence when someone answers, so your team can move the opportunity forward.

Choose a path to see what happens.

  1. Day 0

A connection request, with a reason

A short note about the post they wrote, approved before it sends.

  2. Accepted

    A first message

Once they accept, a message that picks up the same thread. No ‘just checking in’.

  3. Wait

    Wait for a reply

The campaign waits for an answer, then branches.

  4. Reply

They reply. You take it from here.

The sequence ends and the thread is yours.

Senders

Grow your outreach team. Share the work.

More accounts should help you reach more prospects without adding more inboxes to check. Manage your team’s LinkedIn senders together, with separate daily caps and working hours. When a sender reaches its cap, queued work waits.

Every sender, its own limits.

Coming next

Keep outreach connected to your sales workflow.

The next step is to connect outreach with the tools your team uses to manage deals. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Clay and Slack are planned. Today, Apify and Tavily support prospect research, with OpenRouter available for AI writing.

Sending controls

Keep outreach within the limits you set.

Each LinkedIn account sends only in its working hours, one action at a time with gaps between them, and stops at its daily cap. Whatever is left waits for tomorrow.

Questions

Before you start.

How does Orbitmate help me book sales meetings?

It helps you prioritize prospects who fit, write messages tied to their needs, and keep follow-ups moving. Buying and scheduling signals appear in your shared inbox so your team can qualify the opportunity and arrange the meeting. Orbitmate does not book meetings automatically.

Can my AI agents manage outreach?

Yes. Connect your AI agents through MCP to work with prospect research, campaigns and inbox context. You choose their workspace access, and outbound actions require human review.

How do I add people?

Add a LinkedIn profile URL, import a CSV, or bring in a sender’s first-degree connections. Orbitmate then reads each profile, recent posts and comments, company page and news, and scores fit against your audience.

What do I need to run enrichment?

Your own Apify and Tavily API keys, added in Settings. Orbitmate uses them to read LinkedIn profiles, posts and company pages, and to find company news. Writing uses Orbitmate’s AI by default, or your own OpenRouter key.

Does anything send without me?

No. Every connection request, message, comment and reaction waits in the approval queue until someone on your team approves it. You can edit a draft, reject it or regenerate it with guidance, and email alerts tell you when approvals are waiting.

What can a campaign do?

Send connection requests with a note, messages, comments and reactions, and accept or ignore invitations, with waits between steps. Add a wait for a reply and branch on whether they answered. Start from a template in the campaign library or build your own.

How do LinkedIn accounts connect?

In the browser: sign in with the account you send from and finish a short setup. Nothing to install, and it keeps working in the cloud when your laptop is closed.

Where do replies go?

Into one inbox across all your senders, for conversations with your contacts. Threads are sorted by what needs a reply and labelled by intent, such as scheduling intent or a buying signal. You reply from Orbitmate in one-to-one threads.

Which integrations are available?

Apify and Tavily for research and OpenRouter for AI generation, with your own keys. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Clay and Slack are planned and not available yet.

How do sending limits work?

Every sender works within daily limits you can set, during working hours in its own time zone, and new accounts ease in before they work at full pace. These controls reduce risk; they can’t guarantee LinkedIn will never restrict an account.
