Running a campaign

Paced, scheduled and reviewable.

  • Replies change the path

    Route on accepted, already connected, a reply or a timeout. A reply marks the person replied and nothing more goes out.

  • Schedules in your time zone

    Set start and end dates, weekdays and hours in any time zone. An action only goes out when both the campaign and the sender are inside their hours.

  • Budgets per sender

    Each action counts against its sender’s daily cap. At the cap, work waits for the next day.

  • Approval on every action

    Each connection request, message, comment and reaction waits in the approval queue. Nothing sends without a yes.

  • Generated or saved text

    Each step can use a drafted message, text you wrote, or text with {{contact.first_name}} and short AI snippets.

  • Replied, counted

    Each campaign shows who is in progress, how many are enrolled and how many replied. Replies land in the shared inbox.

About campaigns.

What happens when someone replies?
Add a “Wait for reply” step and a reply ends the campaign for that person, marks them replied and stops further outreach. The library templates include it. The conversation shows up in the inbox either way.
Can I pause a campaign?
You can pause any sender, and its queued work waits. Stopping a campaign is permanent; to change a live campaign, publish a new version, which applies to new enrollments.
Does Orbitmate book the meeting?
No. The inbox flags scheduling intent, and you reply and arrange the meeting yourself.
