Adding people

Four ways in.

  1. 01

    Add a profile

Paste one LinkedIn profile URL when you already know who you want to talk to.

  2. 02

    Import a CSV

Any export with a LinkedIn profile URL column, up to 500 people per batch. An email column comes along too.

  3. 03

    Your senders’ connections

Import a sender’s first-degree connections, or add people your senders already message from the Network view.

  4. 04

    Engagers on their posts

On a contact’s post, fetch up to 20 reactions and 20 comments and add the people worth following up.

Enrichment

What each person has been saying.

Enrichment reads the public context around each person, so every draft has something real to start from. It runs on your own Apify and Tavily keys.

  • Profile

Headline, about, experience, education, skills and recommendations.

  • Posts they wrote

Up to 50 recent posts, with the reactions and comments on them.

  • Comments they left

Up to 20 comments they wrote on other people’s posts.

  • Company and news

Company size, founding year and funding, plus press coverage from the last 90 days.

Audience fit

Score everyone against the audience you sell to.

Describe the buyer and the account: titles, seniority, industries, company size, problems, exclusions. Or draft the audience from a few example people. Each contact gets a fit score from 0 to 100 with a one-line reason.

  • Scored from the profile, your audience and your knowledge base
  • Strong fit 70+, moderate 40–69, weak under 40
  • Editing an audience rescores every contact

Questions

About finding people.

Does Orbitmate discover people automatically?
No. You bring people in by adding profiles, importing a CSV, importing a sender’s connections or fetching engagers on a contact’s post. Enrichment and scoring then run on everyone you added. Orbitmate doesn’t watch LinkedIn for new people or new posts.
Which providers does enrichment use?
Apify for LinkedIn profiles, posts, comments and company pages, and Tavily for company news. Both run on your own API keys, added under Settings → Integrations.
Can I re-score people after changing my audience?
Yes. Saving an audience rescores every scored contact. Re-enrich a contact any time to refresh their posts and profile.
Does it import Sales Navigator searches?
Not today. Import works from LinkedIn profile URLs, so export your list first and import the CSV.
