For sales teams

LinkedIn outreach for sales teams: one queue, one inbox.

Give each seller their own LinkedIn sender with its own caps and hours, and give the team one queue to review every draft and one inbox to pick up replies.

“Happy to take a look. Can you send over a little more detail?”

The thread. The sender. In one place.

For the team

Shared where it helps, separate where it counts.

Research, drafts and replies are shared so the team can cover for each other. Senders, budgets and schedules stay individual so one busy week never puts another seller's account at risk.

  • A shared inbox

Conversations from every sender in one place, with views for Triage and High intent and labels like Scheduling intent and Buying signal.

  • An approval queue

Every connection request, message, comment and reaction waits for review. Managers and sellers approve, edit or reject from one queue.

  • Individual budgets

Each sender has its own daily caps, a 14-day warm-up and its own working hours, checked before every action.

  • Schedules and time zones

Campaigns run on the days and hours you choose, and each sender works its own hours in its own time zone.

  • Scored, enriched contacts

Everyone works from contacts enriched with posts, comments and company news, scored 0–100 against the audience you define, with an owner on each.

  • Branches on replies

Campaigns wait for a reply and branch on it or on a timeout, so nobody gets a nudge after they already answered.

Sending controls

Your outreach. Your hours.

Each sender has working hours in its own time zone and a daily cap for every kind of action. Campaigns add their own dates and hours; an action goes out only when both are open. Pause a sender whenever plans change.

Rolling out

How teams usually start.

  1. 01

    Pilot with two sellers

Connect two senders, agree the audience, and review every draft in the approval queue.

  2. 02

    Tune the drafts

Adjust tone, length and the knowledge base until the approvals are mostly yeses.

  3. 03

    Add the team

Connect the rest of the senders, each with its own caps and schedule.

  4. 04

    Share the load

Assign contacts to owners, route approvals to whoever holds the contact, and track follow-ups as to-dos.

Plan

Priced by the number of senders.

Agency plan · 6–30 senders

$49 per sender / month

Teams of six to thirty sellers are on Agency; smaller teams start on Starter and larger ones on Scale, with a named success manager. Every plan has the whole product.

Questions

Questions sales leaders ask.

Do reviewers need a sender?
No. You pay per connected LinkedIn sender. Teammates who review drafts or work the inbox do not count as senders.
Can a manager see every seller's replies?
Yes, if their role allows it. The shared inbox shows conversations across senders, with the sender each belongs to; roles and per-sender access decide who can see and reply.
Does it sync with our CRM?
Not yet. HubSpot and Pipedrive integrations are planned; see the integrations page for what is coming next.
Does Orbitmate book meetings?
No. It labels replies that show scheduling intent so the seller can pick them up quickly; booking stays with your team.
