Each sender has working hours in its own time zone and a daily cap for every kind of action. Campaigns add their own dates and hours; an action goes out only when both are open. Pause a sender whenever plans change.

What you control

Limits you set, checked before every action.

  • Daily caps per sender

    Defaults of 15 connection requests, 40 messages, 10 comments and 30 reactions a day. Connection and message caps are yours to change, for the workspace or one sender.

  • Warm-up and checkpoints

    A new sender starts at 20% of its caps and ramps to full over 14 days. If LinkedIn raises a checkpoint, caps drop to 25% for three days.

  • Working hours

    Each sender works its own hours in its time zone (Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 by default), with at least a minute between actions. Campaigns add their own schedule on top.

  • Approval on every action

    Connection requests, messages, comments and reactions all wait in the approval queue. It can’t be switched off.

Do these controls keep my account safe?
They keep each sender inside its caps, warm-up and hours, and pace actions a minute or more apart. No tool can guarantee that LinkedIn will never restrict an account, so set limits you are comfortable with.
What happens when a sender hits its budget?
Its work waits for the next day. Unsent actions expire after three days (fourteen for messages) rather than piling up.
Can I pause a sender?
Yes. Pause activity on any sender and its queued work waits until you resume it.
How do I connect a LinkedIn account?
In the web app: sign-in details, an optional two-factor key so sign-in completes on its own, and a dedicated proxy (ISP, residential or mobile). The sender then runs on our cloud runtime; there is nothing to install.
