For founders

LinkedIn outreach for founders, drafted for your approval.

You are the best person to start these conversations and the one with the least time. Orbitmate reads each person’s profile and posts, drafts the opener from what they said, and waits for your yes.

Your week, shorter

The research is done before you open the draft.

Founder-led outreach works because it is personal. It stalls because being personal takes an hour per person. Orbitmate does the hour of reading for you.

  • Start from people you choose

Add a profile, import a CSV of up to 500, or bring in your own LinkedIn connections.

  • Enriched before you read

Each contact is enriched with up to 50 recent posts, their comments and company news, then scored 0–100 against the audience you describe.

  • Drafts in your voice

Set the tone and maximum length once in a strategy. Add your offer and proof to the knowledge base so every draft has something useful to say.

  • Nothing sends without you

Every connection request, message, comment and reaction waits for your approval. Edit, approve, regenerate or reject.

  • Follow-ups that stop on a reply

Start from the Connect & follow up template: a note, an intro, one follow-up. A reply ends the campaign and the thread is yours.

  • Replies in one place

Conversations land in one inbox, labelled by intent, and you reply from Orbitmate.

Strategy
“You mentioned leads going quiet. Does that usually happen after the first call, or once a proposal goes out?”
Waiting for your approval
Writing & approval

A real reason. In your words.

Every draft starts from what the person posted or commented, plus what your knowledge base says about why you’re relevant to them. Then a person on your team decides.

Context, not a mail merge
Their recent posts, comments and profile give each note, message or comment its starting point. If nothing relevant matches your knowledge base, nothing is written.
Your voice, as strategies
Save the prompt, tone and length you want as a strategy and reuse it across campaigns. Built-in rules keep out filler like “delve” and “great post”.
Nothing sends without a yes
Every connection request, message, comment and reaction waits in the approval queue. Approve it, edit it, reject it or regenerate it with guidance.

Questions

Before you connect your account.

Does Orbitmate send messages without me?
No. Every action waits in your approval queue until you approve, edit or reject it, and you get an email when something is waiting.
Will it sound like a template?
Each draft starts from something the person posted or commented, uses your knowledge base and the tone and length you set, and follows rules against AI filler. You can edit every draft before it goes out.
How do you keep my account safe?
Your account starts at 20% of its daily caps and warms up over 14 days, works only your hours, and paces actions at least a minute apart. Defaults are 15 connection requests and 40 messages a day. No tool can guarantee LinkedIn will never restrict an account, so we give you the controls rather than promises.
Can I add a co-founder later?
Yes. Connect another sender whenever you like; each one keeps its own caps and schedule. Starter covers up to five senders.
