What counts as a sender?
A sender is one LinkedIn account connected to Orbitmate. Campaigns, drafts and replies run through senders, so the number of senders is what you pay for. Team members who only review drafts or read the inbox are not senders.
How is my plan decided?
By how many senders you connect. One to five senders is Starter, six to thirty is Agency, and thirty-one or more is Scale. Every plan has the whole product; bigger plans add more help from us, and every sender costs less.
What happens when I add or remove a sender?
Your bill follows your sender count from the next billing period. If the new count crosses into another plan, the per-sender price of every sender changes with it.
How do quarterly and annual billing work?
Quarterly billing takes 10% off and is charged every three months. Annual billing takes 20% off and is charged once a year. You can change billing period at renewal.
